2. Combining the advantages of the core mold vibration process, high-frequency vibration fully liquefies the dry hard concrete, and the density and strength are higher than the radial extrusion process; it fully meets the requirements of "GB/T11836-2009 Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes" and "GB/T16752-2017 Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipe Test Methods".
3. It can produce reinforced concrete pipes with various interface types with an inner diameter of 300 to 1500*2-3 meters: flat mouth, socket, steel socket, flexible tongue and groove, etc.
4. The dry hard concrete is fully liquefied and compacted by high-frequency vibration molding, without moving the pipe concrete, so that the pipe body's anti-seepage level is further improved, and steam curing is unnecessary. The strength can reach more than 80% after 3 to 4 days of natural curing, which reduces the company's production costs.
