High-frequency vibration has the characteristics of large excitation force, high frequency and small amplitude. It has better performance than traditional core mold vibration equipment! The component products produced by the strong excitation force have no pores, high density, high strength and high efficiency, and the daily output is 1.5-2 times that of traditional core mold vibration equipment. It greatly improves production efficiency and reduces production costs for customers, and improves the market competitiveness of products!
1. The bearings used in the inner mold vibrator and the main bearing seat are all German-made Schaeffler (FAG) bearings, and are accompanied by import customs declaration documents. The maximum speed of the vibrator is 6000rpm, the maximum exciting force is 398Kn, and the exciting force is adjustable in five levels, namely 398kN, 364kN, 280kN, 180kN, and 132kN.
2. The main engine inner mold vibrator, shock-absorbing cross, and main frame produced by our company are fixed once, that is, when the inner mold needs to be replaced, there is no need to disassemble the vibrator and the main frame again. You only need to loosen the tensioning device on the vibrator to remove the inner mold for replacement. This not only saves the time of changing the mold, but also avoids the oil leakage caused by the frequent disassembly of the oil pipe on the vibrator.
3. The steel plate used for the mold is Q345 high-strength steel plate, and the mold is light in weight and high in strength.
4. The bottom mold and the socket mold are cast steel parts (made of ZG270-500) and have been aging treated. They have high strength and small stress deformation, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the cement pipe mouth size.
