I. Application
This machine is a specialized welding machine for producing reinforced concrete drainage pipe frames. It is suitable for welding socket and flat-end rebar frames and is one of the key equipment for producing reinforced concrete drainage pipes.
II. Working Principle
This machine consists of four transmission systems: a main platen for rotation, a rebar pusher for pushing rebars, a front and rear rebar for movement, and a welding mechanism for movement. Each system is driven by a variable frequency speed control system. The PLC-controlled electronic proportional speed control system ensures that the ring rebar pitch and socket angle remain constant with welding speed adjustments. The ring rebar pitch and socket angle can be changed by entering the corresponding parameters on the human-machine interface. By adjusting the welding platform and welding mechanism position (electronically controlled) on the main platen accordingly, different sizes of drainage pipe frames can be welded. This truly achieves multi-functionality with a single machine and interactive human-machine interaction.
This seam welder is suitable for both flat and socket ends. It features fully automatic continuous diameter adjustment, inverter-controlled synchronous speed regulation, automatic close winding at both ends, and adjustable ring rebar pitch. Microcomputer-controlled operation and fully digital circuit-controlled welding ensure easy installation and commissioning, and can produce a finished product in just two hours. Operated by only one person, it lasts two to three times longer than conventional rebar seam welders. The welding wheel utilizes special welding materials, resulting in a service life five times that of ordinary welding wheels.
