Our company's independently developed high-frequency vibration pipe making machine has overcome the technical bottleneck of existing core vibration systems in China, increasing the frequency of the vibrator from 4000 rpm to 5000-6000 rpm. This has taken domestic core vibration equipment to a new level and made a significant contribution to the domestic pipe making industry!
High-frequency vibration features high excitation force, high frequency, and low amplitude. It offers superior performance compared to traditional core vibration equipment! The powerful excitation force produces components free of air holes, high density, high strength, and high efficiency. The daily output is 1.5-2 times that of traditional core vibration equipment. This significantly improves production efficiency and reduces production costs for customers, enhancing product market competitiveness!
1. The bearings used in the inner mold vibrator and main bearing housing are all German-made Schaeffler (FAG) bearings and come with import customs declaration documents. The vibrator's maximum speed is 6000 rpm, and the excitation force is adjustable in five levels: 398 kN, 364 kN, 280 kN, 180 kN, and 132 kN.
2. Our main machine's inner mold vibrator, shock-absorbing cross, and main frame are integrated into a single, fixed assembly. This means that when the inner mold needs to be replaced, the vibrator and main frame do not need to be disassembled. Simply loosen the tensioner on the vibrator and remove the inner mold for replacement. This not only saves mold replacement time but also prevents oil leaks caused by frequent removal of the vibrator's oil pipe.
3. The mold is made of Q345 high-strength steel, resulting in a lightweight and high-strength mold.
4. The base mold and spigot mold are cast steel (ZG270-500) and have undergone an aging treatment, ensuring high strength and minimal stress and deformation, effectively ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the cement pipe nozzle.
