Features of the High-Frequency Mandrel Vibration Pipe Making Machine:
① Low amplitude, high frequency (5000-6000 rpm), and high excitation force produce high-density components with virtually no pores on the surface. No secondary plastering is required; a simple water roughening process is sufficient.
② Due to the high excitation force, forming time is shortened; forming a double pipe with a diameter of 300-600 mm takes 4-5 minutes, while forming a single pipe with a diameter of 800-1200 mm takes 5-6 minutes.
③ It can produce cement pipes in various shapes, including flat-end pipes, tongue-and-groove pipes, spigot-and-socket pipes, PVC-lined pipes, fiberglass-lined pipes, double-steel spigot pipes, and flexible A-shaped steel spigot pipes.
④ No steam curing is required, resulting in no waste slurry, environmentally friendly, and reduced production costs.
Because the high-frequency vibration pipe making machine uses dry, hard concrete (with a Vebe consistency of 20-40S) for high-frequency vibration molding, the concrete liquefies and gradually densifies. A hydrothermal reaction also occurs, gradually increasing the internal temperature and strength of the concrete. After molding, only measures are required to prevent moisture evaporation (such as wrapping the pipe with plastic film or adding a plastic cover). No steam curing is required; the concrete components can reach 70% strength after 3-5 days of natural curing.
