Installation of precast concrete inspection well
When a rigid connection is used, the contact surface of the precast concrete inspection well and the pipeline interface should be "scarved". When connecting, 1:2 cement mortar or polyurethane cement mortar can be used for caulking, and the thickness of the joint is 10mm-15mm. The original mortar on the inner side of the interface is flat seamed to ensure that the mortar is full.
Author:
1. Construction preparation
1. The characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity of the precast concrete inspection well is not less than 100KN/m2
2. When assembling the precast concrete inspection well, suitable cranes and lifting equipment should be selected according to the weight and turning radius of the inspection well components.
3. A 100mm gravel layer is laid under the precast concrete inspection well.
4. Prepare cement mortar or polyurethane cement mortar with a ratio of 1:2.
5. The length of various pipes connected to the well chamber of the precast concrete inspection well should not exceed 1000mm
Two, joint treatment
2. When using flexible rubber rings to connect reinforced concrete pipes, the rubber rings should be installed in place and the sealing of the interface should be ensured.
3. After the inspection well and the pipeline are installed in place, the backfill around the well and the pipeline should be backfilled at the same time. The density of the backfill should be determined according to the requirements of the road surface, and usually should not be less than 95%. When the inspection well is in the range of frozen soil, the circumference of the well and the pipeline should be backfilled with non-frost heaving soil with a width of at least 300mm.
4. When the foundation of branch and trunk pipe falls in the well chamber chute, the chute needs to be treated. The specific method is: filling with concrete, graded sand and gravel or other soil materials with no capillary water absorption properties, and controlling the compaction density, and the compaction coefficient should not be less than 97%.
Three, acceptance
The construction, installation and acceptance of precast concrete inspection wells shall comply with GB50204 "Specifications for Construction Quality Acceptance of Concrete Structure Engineering"
